MOI Obligations

Annual Financial Statements — Clause 13.4

The organisation undertakes to submit Annual Financial Statements, or written auditor confirmation of turnover, to ARIA by 28 February each year. This obligation is binding from the financial year following confirmation of membership.

Annual Membership Renewal

Membership is annual and specific to the financial year of application. Continued membership requires renewal each year. Termination obligations and notice requirements are governed by the ARIA MOI.

Anti-Corruption — Clause 34

The organisation will not engage in corruption, bribery, or conduct contravening applicable anti-corruption legislation. Contravention is grounds for immediate termination of membership.
